kashmiri red chilli powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 Tbsp
Dhaniya powder धनिया पाउडर - 1 Tbsp
Roasted cumin powder जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 Tbsp
Garam masala गरम मसाला - 1/4 Tbsp
Salt नमक - as taste
Black Salt काला नमक - 1/4 Tsp
Chaat masala चाट मसाला - 1/2 Tbsp
Kasoori methi कसूरी मेथी - 1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli Paste - 1 Tbsp
अदरक लहसुन और हरि मिर्च का पेस्ट -
Mustard Oil सरसों का तेल - 4 Tbsp
Gram Flour बेसन - 2 Tbsp
Haldi हल्दी - 1/2 Tsp
Ajwain अजवाइन - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander leaves धनिया पत्ती
Onion प्याज़
Capsicum शिमला मिर्च
Paneer पनीर - 500 gm

*****Green Chutney*****
coriander leaves धनिया पत्ती - 2 Cup
Mint leaves पुदीना - 1 Cup
Green Chilli हरि मिर्च - 4
Garlic लहसुन - 4
Ginger अदरक - 2
Curd दही - 1/2 Cup
Salt नमक - as taste
cumin जीरा - 1 tbsp
Black Salt काला नमक - 1/2 tsp
hing हींग - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala चाट मसाला - 1/2 tsp
lemon juice नींबू का रस - 1
Daliya दलिया - 3 tbsp
water पानी - as required
Ice cubes

Cabbage पत्ता गोभी
Carrot गाजर
Onion प्याज़
Salt नामक
Chutney - 2 tbsp
Black Salt काला नमक
cumin powder जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 tsbp
