TEDxGreenStreet original talk from ClimateCountdown about the need to look within to affect change. I've successfully launched and managed two environmental nonprofits focusing on regenerative land use, circular systems, and strategic resource use. I catalyze institutional-scale earth stewardship projects with 20+ years of intersectional programming that bridges racial, economic, and religious chasms. I oversee regenerative and water-wise urban gardens and guide clients to grow non-GMO food; eliminate food waste; and make their landscapes chemical-free. My passion is directing healthy resources to impacted / frontline communities and empowering people of all ages to connect back to the land. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
