Cross Classic Century Ballpoint China vs USA Made Review

Review and comparison between a current Chinese made Cross Century Classic ballpoint pen and a vintage Cross Century Classic US made. Not much difference quality wise, except golden appointments more yellower on Chinese current model vs. the vintage US made model but same quality and finnish. Also the US has Cross USA printed on back of cap and the Chinese only has Cross printed.
A nice classic pen model which is recommended as a not too expensive fancy and long lasting pen and if you like mid century styled, streamlined, modern looking items. Introduced in 1946 to celebrate it's 100th anniversary, the Cross Century ballpoint became an iconic stape of elegance and corporate pen. This classic in matte textured black barrel with golden appointments was introduced in the 1980s and is not so old as the lustrous chrome, sterling silver, 10KT gold filled or the 14KT rose gold filled versions.
