6 young male Lions on a kill - Kruger National Park 2019
27 December 2019 - Crocodile Bridge, Kruger National Park

What a start to a magnificent day!!! We woke up at 4am and left the Crocodile rest camp at 4:30am (it was still dark) and drove the S25. After a few hundred meters we saw a Black-backed Jackal along the side of the road and we stopped. As we stopped we noticed some movement just off the road. To our amazement we found 6 male Lions on a Wildebeest kill.
What a privilege to spend time with these beautiful cats. That is when you realize how big they really are. They were still youngsters but they were huge.
