TOWER SAYS NO... Too Busy...

It was a routine and quick flight with my friend and co-pilot Matt, from Boca Raton KBCT to Naples, FL KAPF. But as they say there is always an adventure with flying and no two flight are ever the same. This adventure came in the form of the tower being too busy to accommodate us VFR so we had to pickup a local IFR clearance.

This process took a good 20 minutes but I condensed it to less than 5. Enjoy and send a comment below.
