15 mins Gentle Yoga for Pelvic Floor. Core Strength and Stability

Women's yoga class , ideal for mums and anyone with lower back pain, prostate issues or those looking for more of a spring in their step. A series of mat-based exercises and breathwork which will help to heal, stabilise and develop awareness of the pelvic floor region.
NB the sound goes strange for a few seconds about 5 mins in as we had to do a voiceover edit!
Suitable for beginners. Includes gentle leg lifts, easy twist, pelvic tilts, reclining cobblers pose, relaxation.
