I feel so grateful for the time that I get to spend with close friends and family and on my recent trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I found time for some sightseeing, cold plunge (more about that below) and FUN!

COLD PLUNGE ! Yes that's right its FREEZING and we did it in the middle of Winter! On my visit to Jackson Hole this past summer I discovered the cold plunge method from my dear friend. I really embraced this practice and learned the great benefits that come from it. Coming back to Jackson Hole in the winter I wanted to test my skills with breath technique and calmness that I was taught but this time in the snow. Check it out to see how long I made it.
