War Thunder's Grind - Why it's a problem & some grinding tips to earn more RP and SL!

This specific topic was one I was intending to cover in March, but I decided it would be more appropriate to talk about this now in light of things.

War Thunder's grind has become unnaceptably long and difficult. Over the past three years the content in the game has tripled, and yet players are forced to do more and more work to unlock new stuff, and half of the times their earnings are being tanked due to an ageing economy system and sometimes by outright nerfs to this system. Something needs to change.

However I don't have the power to do that, what I can do is highlight the problem of the grind and provide you all with some tips for making it easier, be that in arcade, realistic, or sim battles :)
