South Downs Way in a day - wet & windy edition - MTB ride

On 30 June 2020 I rode the south downs way from Winchester to Eastbourne in a day. It was touch and go weather wise but decided to go for it. When I got to Butser hill the rain started, so I said to myself, I'll give it to Amberley and if it is still bad then abort for a another day. By the time I got to Amberley, I thought, well I don't want to ride that again so may as well carry on. Took 15 and a half hours in the end. I found the second half much harder than the first. Good to get it done!
