This is a very short video showing how the Suunto Spartan Sport and Suunto Spartan Ultra deals with TRIATHLON transitions. Put the Spartan in Triathlon mode then simply press and hold the top right button as you enter and leave transition. The Suunto Spartan Sport and Spartan Ultra will change the SPORT PROFILE from SWIM to BIKE to RUN. At the end get full details on each transition time and also your SWIM, BIKE and RUN statistics.
