One day after the ‘Dawson’s Creek’ star died on Feb. 11 at age 48 following a battle with colorectal cancer, the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ co-host shared a deeply personal post on Instagram. Alongside a touching photo of the two pressing their foreheads together, Alfonso revealed the image was taken just minutes before he said his final goodbye. Alfonso also reflected on standing by James throughout his cancer journey, describing the heartbreaking highs and lows.
