1. 1 x Wood Panel 11,5mm 500mm x 1140mm
2. 2 x Telescopic Fitting (Hettich - Art Nr. 1.70.306.00.05)
3. 4 x M8 x 20 incl. Washer and Locknut (For the Telescopic Fitting)
4. 2 x Hinges for the plate
5. 10 x Threaded inserts M6 inside (this is up to you but Ii find inserts more reliable)
6. 10 x M6 countersunk screws 12mm for Threaded inserts
7. 10 x M6 x 40 countersunk screws incl. washer and locknuts (length check?)
8. 2 x Support for plate (Sketch at the end)
9. 2 x Support for headpart (Sketch at the end)
