The gym is a place I feel at home

Nothing motivates me more than to see my own growth both physically and mentally. I Love who I’m becoming. If the gym has done anything for me it’s that it made me stronger over all. You’re more than capable to beat the dark cloud that likes to follow when times are hard. Remember nothing lasts forever and the sun ends up showing at the end of the storm.
