In Russia, we love to keep the party going🥳 The Old New Year, celebrated on January 14th, follows the Julian calendar and gives us an extra excuse to enjoy the holidays. Why take the tree down when the celebrations aren’t officially over yet?🤷🏼‍♀️😁

While my Western husband is ready to toss the tree, I’m here cherishing one of the quirkiest Russian traditions. 🥂💁🏼‍♀️
