Jake Thistle -- Take It Easy (Eagles/Jackson Browne acoustic cover)

I've been getting a ton of requests for this in live feeds, and today is Bernie Leadon's birthday....so, here's a take on the classic Eagles song, Take It Easy. As a bonus, this song was largely written by one of my favorites, Jackson Browne. Anyway, Bernie is from the Gainesville area and was a founding member of the Eagles...he had his great guitar and banjo bolstering the song. When I played in Gainesville, I was fortunate to be on the bill with his brother Tom Leadon, who was in the great band Mudcrutch with Tom Petty. Anyway, lots of cool connections that led me to this song today-- so, hope you enjoy it. Besides, Take It Easy is always good advice, and probably even more so these days...haha.
