Today is ICE DAY up on the roof. We're showing you how to make and cut perfect, custom-sized clear ice that'll drastically improve the taste, texture and presentation of any drink. We'll dig into why good ice matters and how it freezes differently from the usual stuff in your fridge, PLUS we'll show it off in an incredibly frothy whiskey sour.

For those of who you are wondering: the cartoon bear survived the fall without injury.
