When we think about pulling our shoulders back and down we are going to be working the lat muscles.

These are big muslces in our back that help to keep our ribcage high, and allow us to hold back the diaphragm when we are singing.

Practice in front of a mirror to be more aware of what you are going, face your palms towards your thighs and focus on having the shoulders back and down.
