It may appear similar to the guy from the homeless video due to the similar clothing but this was just an old man, not a black young man. Also he didn't "steal" the ipad, he just picked up an abbandoned ipad. he even signed the permission to appear on video, he has nothing to hide and he did nothing wrong.
