Sometimes the worst things that happen to us can be the biggest learning opportunities - for me that was #divorce! One of the best things I ever did (apart from getting the hell out😅) was taking a comprehensive moral evaluation in which I held the mirror up to myself and told myself the raw unfiltered #truth - good, bad, UGLY. What I quickly realised is that I didn’t know or love myself so allowed my relationships with others (particularly romantic relationships) to be the source of #selfworth
