It has to be said that we split the chores around the van pretty evenly between us but when Adam is busy editing our YouTube films, my job is to make sure that Jits is kept clean & tidy & that we eat delicious & nourishing food! When I’m not working on growing my separate business, I spend time responding to community messages, comments & brand emails. In short, it’s safe to say that whilst YouTubers may seem to always be out adventuring, the reality is that a lot of time is spend behind a screen working.🤓 If you follow us on Instagram or listen to our podcast, you’ll know that it’s important for us to share this reality.

This is why we always recommend to fellow YouTubers and friends to TAKE A BREAK and not to to feel the pressure to constantly ‘churn out content’ because that will inevitably lead to burnout.

HANDY EDITING TIPS 💻✨
To stop our laptop from overheating this, use a foldable stand and USB powered fan to keep air ventilation under the laptop. Also if you’re not already editing using proxies then we always HIGHLY recommend this because editing your hi-res files, particularly in the heat, puts a lot of pressure on your laptop and slows it right down!
