DR Congo tops list of neglected displacement crises

The Norwegian Refugee Council says the world is paying too little attention to mass displacements of people across Africa.
For the first time, 10 of the most neglected crises are in the continent.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo tops the list for the third time in five years.
