changing the bedding is like an Olympic event for me because I have to do one thing at a time I'm separated by having a nap, not only is it tiring doing this but the fatigue makes my stumbling between rooms even more difficult

This time I'm changing the bed it went quite well but there are times when I fall over quite often trying to do this, you can even see me nearly fall in this video

it's very hard walking anyway but anytime I do something strenuous like changing the bed, my walking suffers an awful lot
