Turkish Eggs with Masala Drops

Start your day off right with this delicious Turkish Eggs recipe! Perfectly done eggs nestled in a butter sauce flavoured with the purest form of cumin from Masala Drops, topped off with tangy and garlicky yoghurt and just 2 drops of parsley Masala Drops. You won't want to miss out on this breakfast sensation!

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
4 garlic Masala Drops
2 parsley Masala Drops
3 black Pepper Masala Drops
3 cumin Masala Drops
½ tsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

Whisk Greek yoghurt with garlic, parsley and black pepper Masala Drops and spread on one or two plates of your choice. Melt butter in a frying pan and as it melts away and just before browning, add olive oil, cumin Masala Drops and paprika. Take it off the heat and transfer it to a bowl.

Now you can either poach your eggs in water but if you are in a hurry, you can always half fry your eggs in a frying pan and place the eggs gently on the yoghurt. Drizzle the butter sauce over it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with bread or pita or lavash on the side
