Cyclic group|(Z, + ) is cyclic group| Cube root of unity is cyclic| Lecture 2|Theta Classes

This is a second lecture on cyclic group in which we will first recall the definition of cyclic group. Then we learn to write elements of cyclic group in terms of integral power of generators and after that we see that set of integers is a cyclic group with respect to addition. And then we also discuss some more groups to find whether they are cyclic or not. At last we see that cube root of unity is a cyclic group.
