Soul...(Improv)

My roots and foundations in dance come heavily from jazz-improv. My mentor, Sharon Mayfield @sharonskepplemayfield , would have her husband improv on his sax while I tried to improv to him... it resulted in some magical moments, but more importantly it gave me a connection to dance through nothing but raw feeling. Its been a long time since I’ve given myself the chance to live like that again, but for the past couple weeks I’ve been back on it. Got a lil dressed up and had @ajpaug come in and just follow me around the space so I could share this piece of myself with y’all! Much love👊🏾
