Hii friends! A bit different than my typical content on here. But I started this channel to connect with people and this skin disorder is a big part of my life that I don't typically share. As far as the low histamine diet - please note that I am not a medical professional and that any diets should be consulted with a doctor. I am just someone who has tried it all and want to find a solution for this horrible disease. I will be the guinea pig and test this out.
