The Lion King: Simba's Mighty Adventure is a video game based on the animated film The Lion King . It was released on December 22, 2000, for the PlayStation and on December 29, 2000, for the Game Boy Color in North America. It is designed in 3D.

The game differs from other games based on the cartoon in that it includes some animated scenes from the first and second parts, and also has an addition in the form of voice acting for the characters (mono- and dialogue characters)
Due to the PlayStation console's 3D polygon graphics, the gameplay became slightly more varied. Simba's capabilities are identical to the first The Lion King video game in which he can growl, leap, roll and run. It is a 3D linear platformer similar to the Crash Bandicoot games on the PS1.
