Recently a trader lost money trading options and a tragic incident happened. It's hard for anybody to lose money trading, what more see such a huge loss.

I've always said that options trading is very risky if you don't know what you're doing. A lot of traders recently jumped into the market in an attempt to get rich quick through forex trading, stocks trading or options trading.

Lots of these young traders and investors never bother to take time out to learn trading properly and only learn their lessons the hard way when they lose all their money trading stocks, forex or options.

A lot of traders also don't bother with managing their trading losses and love to over-leverage on their positions, which is a big joke to me. Recently I've seen a joker teaching people how to trade 5 standard lots with a $5000 account. Seriously? Don't make me vomit you fake gurus .

These is also why so many traders lose money, they follow jokers who promise them quick returns and maximizing their risk exposure.
