Off Road South Island NEW ZEALAND - Motorbikes and 4x4 Truck

This was a week long trip exploring the off road tracks in the ruggad South Island of New Zealand. Casey and Cody bought motorbikes and I (Jared) bought a old 4x4 ute and flew down from Auckland to pick them up and make the long journey back to Auckland via all these epic tracks.

Lots of fun, freezing, hold your breath moments but it was such an epic trip. The scenery is some of the best scenery you will ever see. So epic!

Here are some finer details. We flew in to Christchurch, I flew to Hokitika and then drove my L200 back over Arthers pass, met Cody and Casey on their bikes. For anyone interested this was the approx route - Lindon Rd to lake coleridge, Mt Hutt, Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukeki, Twizel, Little Saddle pass (Omarama), Naseby, Dansey pass, Glen Avy, Hamner, Jollies Pass, Molesworth Station, then back home. Wooooo!
