How To Make Burrito Sized Tortillas - Extra Large Tortillas Recipe

I decided to make my own extra large tortillas for burritos. Here's how I did it. :)

INGREDIENTS
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt (if using fine salt, use 1/2 tsp of salt)
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup lard (or fat of your choice)
1 cup hot water (if dough feels dry add more water a tbls at a time)
**you will need an extra large pan, griddle or skillet to cook with
