Easy and quick Ground pork sisig recipe (CwB #7)

-1/4 kg ground pork
-1 onion
-4 small garlic cloves
-3 siling haba
-10 calamansi
-3 sachet chicharon
-pinch of black pepper
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1 egg
