Bachfest Malaysia features Bach's unique "St. John Passion" (1725 version), performed by 35 musicians on August 27 (in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah), and August 30 & 31 (at Luther Centre in Petaling Jaya). There will be a very special exhibition of Bach manuscripts brought to us by Bach scholar Prof. Dr. Manuel Bärwald from Leipzig, Germany, where he will be providing all ticket holders a guided tour. He will also joined by Bishop Rev. Thomas Low of the Lutheran Church and Dr. David Chin in providing intriguing lectures.
