Build a WhatsApp AI Agent (Auto Replies) Using OpenClaw – Step-by-Step

In this lecture, you will learn how to connect OpenClaw with WhatsApp to interact with your AI assistant directly through WhatsApp messages. This setup allows you to send commands or requests from WhatsApp and have OpenClaw process them on your local machine.

We will use Ollama to run the language model locally, enabling OpenClaw to understand the messages you send and perform the tasks specified in those messages. Step-by-step, you will learn how to configure the connection so that messages sent from WhatsApp are received by OpenClaw.

Once the message is received, OpenClaw will process the request, execute the required task, and send the response back to you on WhatsApp. By the end of this lecture, you will have a working system where you can communicate with your local AI assistant directly from WhatsApp and automate tasks through simple messages.
