Really Severe Thunderstorm in Palatine, IL – 5/2/18 (w/Overview of the WGN Weather App)

(Filmed on 5/2/18). Since I haven't really uploaded a lot of thunderstorm videos and there hasn't been a lot of thunderstorms lately, I thought about making one today as long as there was one occurring. This thunderstorm was pretty severe and produced a heavy downpour, lots of lightning, low visibility, and more. Probably not as severe as the one in August 2014 but still pretty bad. If you live in Chicago, you get quite a lot of thunderstorms every now and then. Because of the global warming taking place, that hasn't been happening so much. Besides that, I also have an app on my phone known as the WGN Weather App that I will be showing you in this video.
