Two Mixed Freight Trains Tied Down On The Mainline, One with an SD70 trailing PLUS two PRIVATE CARS on one of the two Amtraks

One Sunday after service at Chapel Springs Church in Bristow, VA I found two freights, crew-less, idling away. They didn't have enough crew in the area to man the trains o get them on their way.
