This is a very easy to do makeup. All you need is some eyeliner and dark red lipstick. In fact, it can be any lipstick. As long as your cat eye flick is on point, this kind of look will be one of the easiest and most effective.

I call it a classic makeup look, because it was worn in thousand different combinations far before I was born and it still is one of the most glamorous looks.
