How to: Easy Juicy Double Cheeseburgers Recipe At Home

Juicy homemade double cheeseburgers you cant resist stacked high bursting with freshness. Pair with homemade fries and a soft drink for a complete meal. Better than fast food or carry out.
Ingredients

- 1lb ground beef
- salt to taste
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- cheese slices of choice (i used American)
- brioche burger buns
- 1 tbs ketchup
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- a few drops of hot sauce
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tbs butter
- fresh tomato slices
- fresh onion slices
- fresh lettuce
- your choice of pickles or bread and butter chips
Proceedure

- In a bowl, combine seasonings with the ground beef and mix thoroughly. Then set meat aside to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature
- Mold beef into 1 inch balls and then flatten them into 1/2 inch patties using your palms and set aside. (you can also use something with a flat surface like the bottom of a cup to flatten your patties to make them even. You can make your patties as thin or thick as you desire, just be sure to adjust your cooking time to your desired doneness.)
- On a stovetop place a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tbs of neutral cooking oil. (to prevent the meat from sticking. Omit if you are using a nonstick pan)
- Once heated, place in your patties 1-2 at a time and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes (well done no pink) or until your desired doneness. Adjust cook time based on patty thickness.
- A few seconds before removing the meat, add your cheese slices and cover the pan for a few seconds 10-20 seconds) to melt your cheese.
- Then remove from the heat and set aside to rest. Repeat the process with remaining meat patties.
- Then in another pan, heat a small knob of butter (1tbs) and once melted, add in your burger buns. Toast buns for 10-20 seconds until golden on both sides. Then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and a few drops of hot sauce and mix to combine. (you can also add a few seasonings such as a pinch of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, smoke paprika, and italian seasoning for a bit of extra flavor. Or use any store bought burger sauce of your choice)
- Then assemble your burger. Bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, patty , another bottom bun (optional) , sauce, lettuce, patty , tomato, onion, pickles, then add sauce on the top bun and place ontop to complete your burger. Add a small skewer in the middle to hold it together if you are stacking a high burger.
