Police seize 80 firearms as Operation Pendula cracks down on alleged bikie links
There have been 80 firearms seized across New South Wales as police apply the heat on organised crime.
Operation Pendula saw a number of homes and businesses targeted across the state's Hunter, Mid-North Coast and Illawarra Regions in a bid to ensure guns don't end up in the wrong hands.
The investigative blitz targeted people with alleged links to bikie gangs.
Officers revoked nine firearm licences and suspended a further five during yesterday's operation.
Two men west of Newcastle will front court in November after being charged with numerous offences including unauthorised possession of a firearm.
