Here we have a Ideal icos 15HE heat only gas boiler. We got a call from a landlord asking for a emergency boiler repair as his tenants had no heating and hot water.

The fault code the boiler was giving was fault code LS.

He mentioned
"The estate agents send someone round every year to service it so i don't know why it has broken."

"Ok" I replied. "I will take a look, it is probably something simple if gets serviced once a year."

Looking at the video you can clearly see this boiler has not been serviced in a years!. Who ever does the yearly service clearly is not doing it right.
