R Lee Ermy at Tallil Ali AB, Iraq, May 2003

In May of 2003, actor and U.S. Marine R. Lee Ermy visited Tallil Air Base (now named Ali Air Base) in Iraq to tape an episode of A&E's Mail Call.

He ended his day by giving a morale speech to coalition troops stationed at the base during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
