How to Fix Loose Wheels on 1913 Ford Model T

While polishing my 1913 Ford Model T the other day getting ready for a ride, I noticed a missing carriage bolt on one of the back wheels. Much to my surprise, due to the dry weather recently, the wheel spokes shrunk and the bolts came loose until one actually fell out making the wheel very dangerous to ride on! While fixing the bolt, I also adjusted the parking brake to make them function better as well. Glad to have both of these projects fixed!
