Dog sledding is an old tradition here in the North. I had a chance to try this amazing experience for the first time. The family who run the business are experienced and know their dogs very well. I also really wanted to try driving the sled myself so they guided me though the process. I was pleasantly surprised by the dog's responsiveness and emotional connection with me even after such short time with them.

This video is in French because the family is of French background and most of their clients speak French. But they also speak fluently in English.

Now that the winter season has started here in Lapland my seasonal work as a nature guide begins shortly too! I plan to make videos in different languages from now on.
