‘I’m Not Your Mommy’

The plaintiff says he’s a personal trainer who helped the defendant get into shape. He claims the defendant got jealous during a trip to California because he was talking to other men. He’s suing her for an airline ticket and emotional distress. The defendant claims the plaintiff told her it was a fitness trip, but he just wanted to party and hook up with random men, so she left. She denies owing anything.
