In today's video I'll be breaking down the grades I got from the UCLA School of Nursing! Theses are the grades that got me into my new grad nurse job at a magnet hospital in my city. New grad residencies can be intimidating because you’re competing against a large pool of applicants who have similar skills and may have better GPA’s. I know for sure my GPA was on the lower end when I applied for my new grad residency.
