Kate Garraway’s Message: How Do You Help Someone In The First Days Of Grief? | Loose Women

Kate Garraway shared a poignant message with her GMB family this morning following the death of her beloved husband Derek Draper last week. She wrote that she was taking time with her family to process her grief and would return soon, thanking viewers for their well wishes and reminding us all to hug our loved ones tight. As well as paying tribute to Derek and sending our well wishes to Kate and her family, we will be discussing how best to support a friend or colleague going through grief. Ruth admits that she was grateful to friends who surrounded her when she needed them most whilst Brenda admits she went into business mode and she dealt with her grief by trying to block it out.
