MY DISASTROUS CAREER THREATENING SURGERY | I GAINED 30LB OF FAT

Admitted into hospital prepped for surgery. Through prep I had be suffering with Grade IV – irreducible haemorrhoids- without going into detail they are swollen prolapsed veins in your lower rectum and anus. Because of its nature I was in pain around the clock and bleeding whenever I had to sit. The moment I stepped off stage I was bed ridden for 109 days leading to the surgery. No walking, only to the toilet and back to bed, no physical training and as you can imagine I gained a ton of weight, I had fallen into a deep depression. Writing these words feel surreal to me, but it goes to show you how fragile and precious life can be.
