Ingredients:
2 courgettes
Salt
Olive oil
30 gr pine nuts
30 gr grated parmesan cheese
Utensils:
Knife
Cutting board
Grater
Blender
Colander
Small bowl
Method:
Wash and clean the courgettes and grate them. Put the grated courgettes in the colander, add some salt and place the colander on the small bowl. Leave them to rest for 30 minutes so that they lose some of their water. Add the courgettes and all the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can use this sauce to season your pasta, or with bread, for a bruschetta…
Ciao!
