1️⃣ Warm-up: Basketball 🏀 20 minutes + ball exercises
2️⃣ Neck warm-up with hands – 4×15
3️⃣ Boxing Punching Bag Training– 12 rounds +
4️⃣ Neck strength exercise with hands – 4×15 +
5️⃣. Hand grip strengthening exercise — 4×25 seconds (fingers/fist, palms facing you)
6️⃣. Wrist exercise on fists — palms pressed together in the middle, 1× maximum
