Inter-corporate dialogue

We discussed stages of inter-corporate dialogue

Stage 1. Buyer sends properly made on the company letterhead, stamped and signed LOI in the name of the sellers company
✅ Stage 2. Seller issues SCO.
✅ Stage 3. Buyer issues ICPO.
✅ Stage 4. Seller issues FCO and draft of the Contract for confirming by the Buyer.
✅ Stage 5. Buyer signs and sends the FCO and draft of the Contract with amendments, if any. At the same stage Buyer sends the draft of the financial instrument (SBLC, DLC).
✅ Stage 6. Seller check all the potential risks, confirms financial instrument and sends the original Contract to the Buyer.
✅ Stage 7. Contract to be verified by the Seller and Buyer and signed the electronic version.
✅ Stage 8. Buyer provides POF in form of BCL or RWA (bank to bank ONLY).
✅ Stage 9. Seller conduct the SGS Inspection of the goods at the warehouse/storage and provides POP (bank to bank ONLY).
✅ Stage 10. Buyer’s bank sends Previous financial instrument for acceptance to the Seller’s bank.
✅ Stage 11. Seller’s bank confirms the acceptability of the terms and conditions of the financial instrument otherwise advise the amendments, if any.
✅ Stage 12. Buyer’s bank issues Final financial instrument to the Seller’s bank.
✅ Stage 13. Seller’s bank issues P/B 2.0% in favor of the Buyer to the Buyer’s bank.
✅ Stage 14. Seller conduct the SGS Inspection of the goods at the port of loading and loads the cargo.
✅ Stage 15. Seller sends original shipment documents to the Buyer’s bank and Buyer’s bank pays 100% invoice value to the Seller’s bank.
