ANOTHER Broken 2018 MacBook Pro From eBay for $700 - Can I Fix It?

YouTube Comments Helped Me Fix A MacBook Pro - Liquid Damage! In my last MacBook Pro repair video (link below) I tried to fix a liquid damaged computer that I bought for $865 but couldn't figure it out. Luckily, I received some great tips for diagnosing the problem in the video comments that I'm using in this video. I identified and replaced a faulty CD3215 chip which fixed the charging problem but the computer still wouldn't turn on. I decided to let it charge fully and then try again... and it worked!

But now that I've fixed my first Apple computer I've gotta keep at it so I bought another broken MacBook Pro (for about $700) to see if I can go 2 for 2. The case on this one looked pretty beat up but once I got it opened up it looked pretty good inside... except for a lot of liquid damage. The computer also wouldn't charge and I identified a shorted ISL9240 chip and a seriously damaged USBC port. This one's going to be tricky to fix though since ISL9240 chips aren't easy to come by. I guess I'll have to try to finish fixing this one in another video.
